The Craft Spirits Cooperative manages Route to Market Strategy and execution for craft spirits, built to give authentic producers control and scalability by pairing sales & brand building efforts with import & distribution in one streamlined solution. We are an elite team of Spirits Specialists representing a curated portfolio of highly regarded brands.

Sales or hospitality experience and spirits category knowledge are valued but are not requirements. Experience in an executive assistant, operations, or project coordination role is also valued but not required.

This role will go through training and work directly with our Founder, Romina @rominasips. Romina is the Founder of @craftspirits and @drinkfellows and the CEO and 5th Generation Producer of @piscocapurro.

Job Details:

As the Assistant to the Founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the founder operating at peak performance. You’ll juggle a mix of executive support, project management, brand coordination, and day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, including independent engagement and community building.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, schedule consumer tastings and events, coordinate travel, and handle communications

  • Create social media content and manage social media accounts with Romina

  • Track projects, deadlines, and priorities to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

  • Support in brand-building activities: events, launches, partnerships, content, etc.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Assist in research, data collection, and preparing materials for presentations or meetings

  • Accompany the founder to events, tastings, or meetings as needed, including light travel

  • Manage and track activity through a customer relationship management portal

Job Requirements:

  • You must be personable & friendly and enjoy meeting new people

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal

  • Proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver

  • Comfortable in a creative, fast-paced environment

  • Interested in the craft spirits industry or beverage world

  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana, etc.

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and thrive wearing many hats

  • Assertive and confident, while exhibiting respect and trustworthiness at all times

  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working alone

  • In possession of a valid driver license, registered vehicle, and able to drive

  • Can provide proof of authorization to work in the USA

  • A background check will be conducted

  • Must be 21+

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: Base salary starting at $50k/year
