The Craft Spirits Cooperative manages Route to Market Strategy and execution for craft spirits, built to give authentic producers control and scalability by pairing sales & brand building efforts with import & distribution in one streamlined solution. We are an elite team of Spirits Specialists representing a curated portfolio of highly regarded brands.
Role Description:
Our Spirit Guides (Retail) are part-time field marketing ambassadors and location scouts representing craft spirits brands in support of our Spirits Specialists for consumer-facing activities, including but not limited to regularly scheduled consumer retail tastings, events, and seminars.
You must be personable & friendly and enjoy meeting new people. We value integrity, commitment, a strong work ethic, and a high energy level.
Interest in learning about the spirits category is important to this role and training will be provided in our education-focused selling technique. Spirits industry experience is valued but is not a requirement. This is a great secondary role for someone already employed in a consumer-facing hospitality or retail position (bars, restaurants, retail stores, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: Hourly plus commission starting at $25/hour.
Training: Best-in-class training program. You will learn production methods inside & out and will thoroughly understand what differentiates them from mass-produced spirits. You will work with directly with our senior leadership on product education, positioning, and presentation.
Flexible Scheduling
Job Details:
Schedule & conduct consumer tastings regularly for craft spirits at a limited set of key retail accounts
Report results and account positions
Create workings relationships with retail staff
Create product displays and position point of sale materials
Manage and track activity through a customer relationship management portal
Schedule new appointments and staff trainings for your Spirits Specialist
Host tasting tables at consumer events where craft spirits are poured
Identify new opportunities for our portfolio and create relationships with appropriate accounts for craft products where you can introduce our Spirits Specialist
Job Requirements:
You must be personable & friendly and enjoy meeting new people
Experienced in, or strongly enthusiastic about, craft spirits
Assertive and confident, while exhibiting respect and trustworthiness at all times
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working alone
Strong computer, written, and verbal skills a must
In possession of a valid driver license, registered vehicle, and able to drive
Can provide proof of authorization to work in the USA
Must be 21+
A background check will be conducted
This role will go through training and work directly with our Founder, Romina @rominasips, and Partner, Kalena Ross @kalenaross / @craftspirits.
